Ingredients
- 4 Whole Boneless Chicken Breasts, halved
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 2 Cups Sauerkraut, well-drained
- 4 Slices Swiss Cheese, fat-free
- 1 1/4 Cups Russian Dressing
- 1 Tbs. Chopped Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Spray pan with Pam. Place chicken in pan, salt and pepper. Cover chicken with sauerkraut. Pour dressing evenly over all and top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 325 or until fork tender. Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley to serve.
