  • 4 Whole Boneless Chicken Breasts, halved
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 Cups Sauerkraut, well-drained
  • 4 Slices Swiss Cheese, fat-free
  • 1 1/4 Cups Russian Dressing
  • 1 Tbs. Chopped Parsley



Step 1

Spray pan with Pam. Place chicken in pan, salt and pepper. Cover chicken with sauerkraut. Pour dressing evenly over all and top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 325 or until fork tender. Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley to serve.
