  • Flank steak (or any kind thinly sliced)
  • Grated cheese
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic (diced, salt, or powder)

Step 1

Lay out steaks side by side. Sprinkle grated cheese all over pieces of steak. Sprinkle parsley covering the meat with a thin layer. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic same as above. Roll the meat (1 strip at a time) wrap string around it and tie the string in the middle with both ends of string together. Fry meat in pan with thin layer of oil till brown pale brown then put meat in sauce till tender.
