Ingredients
- 10 cups toasted bread cubes
- 2 cups finely chopped onion
- 2 cups thinly sliced celery
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp each thyme, marjoram, and savory
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, saute til golden. Combine onion mix with remaining ingredients. Squeeze some dressing tightly in your hand. If it won't hold its shape, add a little hot water.
