Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 (12 ounce) can corned beef, cut into chunks
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- Splash of Worcestershire
- 2 dashes of garlic powder
- May want to use less potatoes, more onions and more or less broth depending on the amount of corned beef used.
- Substitute real corned beef 1 to 1.

Step 1
In a large deep skillet, over medium heat, combine the potatoes, corned beef, onion, and beef broth.
Cover and simmer until potatoes are of mashing consistency, and the liquid is almost gone.
Mix well, and serve.
Scoop out small portions from the frying pan and placed them on griddle(which has bacon cooking on), forming "squares" to fit the spatula.
No grease, oil, butter, etc. Crisping then flipping them after about 2 min. or so. It gave them a more hash brown texture.
Can add eggs on top, cover and remove from heat 'til eggs are done.
