Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. round steak
  • yellow prepared mustard
  • uncooked bacon strips
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can Golden Mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Spread round steak with mustard. Top with bacon strips. Sprinkle onion soup mix over all. Roll up from end. Use toothpicks to hold roll together. Line a 13” x 9” pan with foil large enough to cover steak completely. Place rolled meat in pan and cover with golden mushroom soup. Seal foil over roll. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
