- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons minced mint
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
- 1 cup cubed honeydew melon
- 1 cup cubed watermelon
