BLT Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 10oz bag Boston (Butter Lettuce)
  • 1/2 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 4 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
  • 1 TB fat-free milk or buttermilk
  • parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp; transfer to paper towels. Crumble bacon coarsely.

Place lettuce, tomatoes, and green onions in large serving bowl. In small bowl, add garlic, mayonnaise, vinegar, milk and parmesan; whisk until blended, 30 to 40 seconds.

Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over lettuce and tomatoes and toss to coat. Sprinkle bacon over.

Serve immediately.
