Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 * 3 Flesh of 3 ripe avocados
  • 3 * 3 tablespoons (45 ml) lime juice
  • 1 * 1 Italian tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 * 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 * 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh coriander, finely chopped (to taste)
  • * Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Mash the avocados with the lime juice using a fork or a mortar pestle.
2. In a bowl, mix the avocado purée, tomatoes, onion and coriander.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Serve with white corn chips.
