Artichoke Squares appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2- 6 ounce jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • Tobasco sauce - a few shakes
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • 12 single saltine crackers -crushed
  • 1/4 lb shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 lb shredded Swiss cheese
  • Salt, Pepper and parsley to your liking

Preparation

Step 1

Drain artichoke juice from jars into saucepan and saute onion until soft. Set aside and chop artichokes. Add all ingredients into bowl and stir to combine. Grease a 8-9” pan and place all in pan. Bake 325 for 35-40 minutes until all is st and firm. Cut into squares. These are thick so you will get quite a few squares Tom these. 1 1/2” square
