Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Quart Blueberries (washed and drained)
- 1 (9") Baked Pie Shell
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together sugar, cornstarch, salt, water, and 1 cup blueberries in saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until thick. Add remaining blueberries and 1 tablespoon butter. Mix well. Let cool. Just before serving, pour into a pie shell. Garnish with whipped cream.
