Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbs. Cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Quart Blueberries (washed and drained)
  • 1 (9") Baked Pie Shell

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together sugar, cornstarch, salt, water, and 1 cup blueberries in saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until thick. Add remaining blueberries and 1 tablespoon butter. Mix well. Let cool. Just before serving, pour into a pie shell. Garnish with whipped cream.
