Cheesy Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (6 oz) quick cooking long grain and wild rice mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 8 oz American cheese
  • 1/2 lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

In large sauce pan, prepare rice according to package directions. Stir in milk, soup and cheese; mix well. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Garnish with bacon.
