Hummus Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Sabra Spinach Artichoke Hummus
  • 2 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • one 14 ounce can of quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained well, and then roughly chopped
  • crackers, chips or pita bread for serving

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

Spread into baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Place in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through, golden brown on top and bubbling. Serve hot with crackers, chips, or pita bread.
