Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsps sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
Step 1
Mix eggs, sugar, salt, syrup and melted butter in medium bowl with large spoon until well blended. Stir in pecans.
Pour filling into regular pie shell (not deep dish) and bake at 350 degrees until center seems almost firm, about 40 minutes.
