Grilled Onion Blossom

Ingredients

  • 1 large Vidalia Onion
  • 3 Tbsp grated parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Bulls eye barbque sauce

Preparation

Step 1

heat bar-b-que to medium-high heat
peel onion, and partially cut into 6 wedges, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Place the onion on a large sheet of foil. Gently pull onion wedges apart; sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle with barbque sauce. Wrap tightly with foil.

Grill for 40 min, or until onion is tender and lightly browned.
