Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

• 3 Tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
• 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
• 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
• 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
• 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives or Scallions

Mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least a 1/2 hour before serving.
