Parsley Salad from Susie Regal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c canola oil
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 2 T mustard
  • 4 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 c feta cheese
  • 1 c chopped and toasted almonds
  • 2-3 bunches parsley
  • Dash of salt, pepper, paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the oil, mustard, lemon juice. Combine the parsley, feta and almonds. Pour dressing over salad.
