Ingredients
- 1/2 c canola oil
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 2 T mustard
- 4 T lemon juice
- 1/2 c feta cheese
- 1 c chopped and toasted almonds
- 2-3 bunches parsley
- Dash of salt, pepper, paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the oil, mustard, lemon juice. Combine the parsley, feta and almonds. Pour dressing over salad.
