Mexican Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas or flat bread
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 jar picanta salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • sliced olives (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Spread each tortilla with refried beans, 2 tsp.sour cream, picanta salsa, grated cheese and olives (if using).
Roll up and wrap very tightly in saran wrap. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Unwrap and slice at an angle.
