Ingredients
- 1 cut up chicken
- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
Step 1
Mix rice, mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, and butter together in saucepan and heat until butter melts. Pour into 9x13 casserole dish. Place chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees; uncover for 15 minutes before end of baking time.
