Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds yukon potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
  • 2 tbsp. kosher salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp. margarine

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place potatoes,salt, and garlic in a pot with enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until potatoes are soft, about 20 minutes.
2 Drain potatoes and place in a large bowl. Add broth and margarine and mash.
