Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz sparkling wine
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 oz peach puree(just blend up a ripe peach)
- 1 oz simple syrup with a squeeze of lemon (to make: dissolve one part sugar in one part boiling water, then cool)
