Frozen Bellini

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 oz sparkling wine
• 1 oz triple sec
• 1 oz peach puree(just blend up a ripe peach)
• 1 oz simple syrup with a squeeze of lemon (to make: dissolve one part sugar in one part boiling water, then cool)

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients with ice. Garnish with a peach wedge.
