Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- Frosting (your choice)
Preparation
Step 1
With an electric mixer on medium, beat softened butter for 1 minute. Beat in sugar, bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add cake flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Beat for 2 minutes. Add plain low-fat yogurt. Spoon batter into greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes or until done. Frost.
