LE GRUYERE VEGETABLE BAKE

Preparation

Step 1

Take 4 individual baking dishes and coat with butter. Then slice carrot, potatoe, spring onions and snow peas. Arrange in baking disehs and top with cream sauce which is a mixutre of 1 c sour cream, 1 egg, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Then top with 1/2 c shredded Le Gruyere Switzerland cheese and allow to melt.
