Ingredients
- 1 Head Lettuce, chopped
- 2 Cups Frozen Peas
- 1 Medium Onion, chopped
- Hard Boiled Eggs
- Celery, chopped
- 1 lb. Bacon, fried and chopped
- 2 Cups Mayonnaise
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
In the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish, layer the lettuce along the bottom, peas next, then the onion, until you have layered all the ingredients. Seventh layer: Spread on top, 2 cups mayonnaise, and 1/3 cup of sugar. Do not stir. Chill for 12 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with cheese.
