Ingredients
- 4-6 oz. salmon fillets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 c. Dijon Mustard
- 3 tablespoons 0live oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or eliminate it altogether?
Preparation
Step 1
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Place into greased baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients into a bowl. Reserve 1/3 cup of sauce. Spread remaining sauce over salmon.
Bake salmon at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through. Serve with reserved mustard sauce.
