- 2 sliced bananas
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute sliced bananas in butter until soft and golden, about 3 minutes. Stir in vanilla extract. Serve hot, with pancakes, waffles, French toast, or vanilla ice cream.
