Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 4 tablespoons of carob powder (this makes it a beautiful rich carob flavour. If you’re not a huge fan of carob just use less or substitute with cacao powder)
- 1 teaspoon of almond extract
- Stevia to taste (add enough stevia so that the mixture is a little sweeter than you like. Once you add the coconut and freeze the blobs they won’t be quite as sweet)
- 2/3 cup of coconut chips/flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Mash avocado. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonful onto pan. Freeze.
These are best frozen.
