Beef Kabob Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c packed brown sugar
  • 4 t white vinegar
  • 2 t chili powder
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t canola
  • 1/2 hot pepper sauce
  • 2 ib sirloin, cubed
  • 1 c plain yogurt
  • 1/3 c green onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 package baby spinach

Preparation

Step 1

In large ziploc, combine sugar, vinegar, chili powder, salt, oil, and pepper sauce. Add beef and marinate 30 min - overnight.

In small bowl combine yogurt, onions, and garlic. Chill in refrigerator.

Put beef of skewers and grill 4-6 min on each side.

Serve over spinach with yogurt dressing.
