Ingredients

  • 2 or more Cups White or Dark Cooked Turkey, cut into chunks
  • 4-6 Cups Prepared Bread Stuffing
  • 1/2 Cup Parsley
  • 1 Cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 Cup Celery, chopped
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 Cups Turkey Broth or Chicken Stock
  • 1/4 Cup (1/2 Stick) Margarine

Step 1

Mix stuffing, parsley, cooked turkey, and broth in roasting pan. Top with onion, celery and the margarine, cut into chunks. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, covered, in preheated 325 degree oven. Add more broth if necessary. The top should be crisp, the interior soft.
