MAYONNAISE

  • 1/2 Teas. dry mustard
  • 1/4 teas. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbls. white wine vinegar
  • 2 cups veg. oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except oil. Into food processor or blender. Slowly pour oil into small hole while processor is running.

Refrigerate for 30 min, this will keep upto 2 weeks in frig.
