Ingredients

  • marinade:
  • 6 salmon steaks for 2 lb. salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 Tbs melted butter
  • 3 Tbs soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs dry white wine or water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all marinade ingredients. Place salmon in a foil lined baking pan that holds fish snugly in one layer. Pour marinade over salmon. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 6 hours.

Unover pan. Place in a prehated 400 oven. Bake 15 to 20 minutes basting every 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
