Noodles Romanoff

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package wide egg noodles
  • 1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

Stir sour cream and next 4 ingredients into noodles; spoon into greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

Cover and bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
