Ingredients
- Orange Sauce:
- 3/4 lb round steak
- 4 green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 T cooking oil
- 6 c spinach
- 8 oz water chestnuts
- 2 c cooked rice
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t beef bouillon
- 1 t orange zest
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 1 T soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare orange sauce. Combine cornstarch, sugar, and bouillon in a small bowl. Add zest, juice, and soy sauce and stir to combine. Set aside.
Cut meat into thin strips. Coat wok with oil and heat to med high. Stir fry onions and garlic for 1-2 min, then remove from wok. Add 1T oil, stir fry meat 2-3 min, then push to side of wok. Stir orange sauce until combined and pout into center of wok. cook until sauce becomes thick and bubbly. Add spinach, water chestnuts, and onion mix to the wok. Cover and cook for 1 min.
Serve over rice.
