Everything But the Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Dash Salt
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 2 cups Oats(any kind)
  • 3.5 oz Chocolate (good quality), chopped
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a mixer cream the margarine and the sugars.
2. Gradually add the eggs.
3. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together.
4. Turn the mixer to low and add this to the mixture.
5. Gradually add the oats, chocolate and chocolate chips.
6. Using an ice cream scoop, place 6 balls on lined baking tray.
7. Bake @ 350 for 19-21 minutes
