Ingredients
- 1 pachage active yeast
- 2 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water. Set aside to activate. Now add 2 cup warm water, flour and honey. Beat till smooth. Cover and let sit for 5 - 10 days. Be sure to stir once a day. Place sourdough into a jar and refridgerate.
For every cup of starter used replenish remainder with 3/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup of warm water and 1 teaspoon of honey. Let sit for 1 day.
