Broiled Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets with skin
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon each ground black pepper & garlic salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fine herbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Step 1
Preheat oven broil,set oven rack 6 inches from heat source, Line jelly roll pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
Place garlic and oil in microwave bowl and cook on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat and stir in garlic mixture. Remove from heat; stir in Worcestershire, lemon juice, wine, lemon juice, black pepper and herbs.
Place fillets skin side down in prepared pan Spoon 1/3 of butter sauce over fillet, and sprinkle with the fresh dill.
Broil in in oven for 3 minutes. Turn fillets so that the sides of fillets are facing up and base with 1/3 butter sauce broil 3 minutes. Turn fillets so that opposite side are facing up, spoon on remaining butter sauce broil until fillets flake easy with fork, about 3 additional minutes.
