Blueberry Rum Splash

Makes two drinks

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 4 ounces white or gold rum
  • 12 ounces ginger ale
  • Crushed ice

Preparation

Step 1

Put 1/3 of the blueberries into each of two tall glasses. Add 1 tbsp. brown sugar and 3/4 ounce lemon juice to each glass. Stir / crush the mixture until the sugar dissolves, trying not the mash the blueberries into a pulp. Add crushed ice and two ounces gin to each glass. Fill with ginger ale and garnish with the remaining blueberries.
