Ingredients
- cornmeal or flour to sprinkle
- 1/2 lb. frozen pizza dough, defrosted
- 1/2 c. light ricotta cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 oz. crumbled feta
- 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp. pesto
- 2 tbsp. water
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 450. Sprinkle baking sheet w/ cornmeal. Roll dough 12" x 10" rectangle and place on sheet. Mix ricotta and mozzarella. Mix pesto and water and drizzle over pizza. Bake 3-5 mins. till cheese is melted.
