cup plain yogurt
Dash of cinnamon
tablespoons pumpkin seeds, raw
cup cold quinoa, cooked
cup pineapple and mango chunks, cut small (you can substitute with your favorite alkalizing fruits)
teaspoons almonds, slivered
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
In a parfait glass, place half the yogurt mix. Add half the quinoa, then half of the fruit, and sprinkle with half of the almonds. Repeat the same layers. Garnish with mint leaves.
