Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground meat cooked and drained ( I use 93% lean)
- 1-2 C of cooked rice ( depends on how much you like rice)
- 1 belpepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cans tomato sauce
- Salt, pepper and some hot sauce to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingred. Together in large pan and bake.
I add the onions and peppers to the end of cooking the hamburger to tenderize them a little, helps soften it. You can add some shredded carrots or squash. Enjoy
