Dried Beef Casserole

  • 5 oz. Dried Beef,cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • 4 Hard-Boiled Eggs, diced
  • 2 (10.5 oz.) Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 3/4 Cups Milk
  • 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni, uncooked



Step 1

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish. Chill overnight covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy.
