Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Rind
  • 1/2 u=cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • CAKE
  • 5 (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 5 eggs (1 cup)
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

CRUST
mix all ingredients together.
Pat onto the bottom only of a spring-form pan
Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes
Cool

Butter sides of Spring-form Attach to pan


CAKE
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake 12 minutes at 450 degrees
Bake 55 minutes at 300 degrees.
