Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup Flour
- 2 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cup graded carrots
- 1 1/2 Cups oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, except walnuts. Use low speed mixer for 3 minutes. Stir in walnuts and hand mix.
Pour batter in two greased/ floured round cake pans
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Frosting
8 0z whipped cream cheese
Vanilla icing for can
Stir until fluffy
