Ingredients

  • cup Flour

  • 2

    cup Sugar

  • 2

    tsp Baking Soda

  • 1

    tsp Cinnamon

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • cup graded carrots

  • Cups oil

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1

    cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, except walnuts. Use low speed mixer for 3 minutes. Stir in walnuts and hand mix. Pour batter in two greased/ floured round cake pans Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Frosting 8 0z whipped cream cheese Vanilla icing for can Stir until fluffy
