Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, cut up
- 1 T sesame seed
- 1 T plum jelly or hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 5 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 T water or chicken stock
- Rice
Preparation
Step 1
Stir fry the chicken. Add ingredients through hot pepper sauce. Combine cornstarch and water and add to chicken. Cook until bubbly and thickened. Serve with rice.
