Ingredients
- 4 C. Fresh Saskatoon Berries
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 C. Sugar
- 1/2 C. Water ( mixed with 2 Tbsp. cornstarch )
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients together & cook over med heat till mixture starts to thicken. Pour into pie plate. Roll out remaining pastry, place ontop of berry mixture. Moisten top with milk, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 for 30 min, then 350 for 30 min.
