Pumpkin Pie 10"

I did not like 'Canada Fancy' canned pumpkin.
I did not like the Pillsbury premade pie crust.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups canned pumpkin (398ml can)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk (370ml can)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425F. Prepare pastry, and line a deep pie plate. Beat eggs slightly with rotary beater, beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 425F. Reduce oven temperature to 350F, bake 55 minutes longer or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
