Ingredients
- 1 can (21 oz) Cherry Pie filling
- 1 Graham Cracker pie crust
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 pkg Lemon flavor instant pudding mix
- 1 (8oz) tub Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
1. Spread half of the cherry filling on bottom of crust
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with a wire whisk until smooth. Gradually beat in milk until well blended. Add pudding mix. Beat until smooth. Gently stir in 1/2 tub Cool Whip. Spread over cherry filling on bottom of crust.
3. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding mixture. Spoon remaining cherry filling over Cool Whip layer.
Refrigerate 3 hours.
