Ingredients
- 1 sleeve saltines
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray liberally with PAM. Line sheet with saltines. Melt butter and brown sugar together and pour over crackers. Bake for 5 minutes. Take out of the oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans. Return to oven for 3 minutes. Spread chocolate with spatula. Put it in the fridge to set and then peel foil off the toffee and break into pieces.
